Why Holidays Feel Different Than the Rest of the Year?

 

Have you ever wondered why holidays feel so different than the rest of the year? We love holidays and we love the holiday spirit.

But what is so unusual about the holiday spirit? Our mindset is different. We say that love is in the air. We buy things for others and we wish everyone the best. The whole season is designed towards appreciation of others and gratitude for what we have. And here is the BIG answer! The season is filled with gratitude and love. Because we are so focused on those two great feelings of love and gratitude the whole world looks different. We are so grateful for our loved ones. We are so appreciative of the food and the presents, decorations and everything else. We love decorating things and we put our passion in beautifying our residences. We are for a month, in that fun, love and gratitude mode. During the holiday season we are so different than during the rest of the year. We are the key as our mindset makes the difference. You see, we create everything in our lives by the way we feel. During the holiday season we feel extra special and wonderful things and situations appear in our lives. It is the love, gratitude and fun mindset that makes the huge difference during that period of time.

But…what would happen if we could sustain that mindset during the entire year? That is the one million dollar question. The holiday spirit will stay with us for the whole year!!! As a result of it our lives will carry that magic on a daily basis and our lives will become truly incredible. That is why I always sign my blogs: Have an absolutely magical week, full of LOVE, GRATITUDE and FUN!!! Because when we feel love and gratitude and we have fun, the holiday spirit becomes part of us transforming our ordinary daily lives into something magical.

So, why do Holidays feel different than the rest of the year? Because we feel different during that time.

So…keep the holiday mindset every single day…keep the love in the air by feeling lots of love for yourself and others, be grateful for everyone and everything and wish everyone the best, and…have fun with everything you do!
