    We stop thinking about it! How simple is that?! :woohoo:
    Practice! Practice! Practice! Some things may appear “easier” than others, but again, that is all in our mind. It may be a condition/illusion that we always believed in very strongly… you can still change it! Just like that – with a snap of your finger! :woohoo:

    What can we do when the things we don’t want keep coming into our mind? :blink:

    I send love to the person or situation, and I don’t just think it, I actually imagine it going from my heart to where I want it to go. Then I conciously turn my feeling (of fear, doubt, shame, unhappiness) into a positive one. If it has to do with my family, I say: “Thank you, for I have a loving relationship with all my family members. My family is amazing!” 😉 If it’s financially: “Thank you, for I live in abundance! Thank you for I am provided for! thank you, for my income is constantly increasing!” :silly: If it’s with my husband: “Thank you, for I have the most amazing ralationship with my husband. He is the most generous, kind, loving and supportive man I know!”:kiss: If it’s a work situation – let’s say an angry customer: “I work with friendly and cooperating people. My customers are happy!” 😆 … and so on. I try to emphasize, or rather back these thoughts up, with a dose of feelings that I pull out of my heart. I create excitement in my mind and raise the vibration in my heart. Or is it the other way around? :huh:
    The more I do that – the less these unwanted feelings/thoughts come up. The more I do that – the more excited I get because I also can watch how the people and situations around me are changing. It actually becomes fun, because, first of all you make yourself feel better (more empowered); and secondly, when the next thought comes up you smile and ponder on how you want it to look like. You become sure – more confident. :cheer:

    Brillant question!!! I just change the thought lately or I say NO! I don’t want to think that! I know that is negative so I really want to know your response to this question! When I say NO and shake my head to stop the thought..it does go away….But I know you have a better, more positive way Amanda!

    If we say “No, I don’t want to think that way,” we are just creating us thinking that way more. So, you are very right saying that it is negative.

    When you have a negative thought, you stop, (don’t say stop 😆 )you pat yourself on the back and you say tell yourself how brilliant you are that you are mastering your thinking and you replace that thought with a positive one, and replace the [u]feeling[/u] with a positive one. You are proud of yourself how amazing you are. As you are a Master of your thoughts!!! :woohoo:

    I learned a way to replace negative thoughts by positive ,but I cannot bring it here because you Amanda say not to mention negative thoughts otherwiwse they will be stronger ,so how to replace without thinking of what we want to replace?

    So you do this as they are talking or complaining to you? I’ve been practicing this to no avail! As they are complaining, I say in my head, I love you, I’m sending you love, or you are loved….they don’t stop complaining….What am I doing wrong?

    The key is to feel that love. Repeating is not going to do it by itself. But this is how you start. I have started the same way. I repeated that I love them. Then, with time I felt that love. This is what I do now. I feel love and in my mind I say, “We are changing a subject to a good one.” When I feel that love, really feel it, it works. They change the subject by themselves. How great is that! :woohoo:

    Don’t think about what they talk about, feel love instead. 😉

    What does need to happen in order for them to change the subject in the way I have discribed above? :huh:

    We have to feel the love for them. Nothing has to happen cause its our illusion. We just have to think/feel love in order for the change to happen…
