Our natural state is perfection – LOVE is perfection.. and that’s how we came to be… we were born perfect. :woohoo: … and then the conditioning began.

Why are getting the conditioning that we are getting? :silly:
Why are getting the conditioning that we are getting? :silly:
Because the people that surround us while we are “growing up” are conditioned, teaching this limited thinking to us. We are also influenced by circumstances and events that happen to us or around us, as a reaction we create our own conditioning.

I’ll give you an example: When I was a little girl, about 10 years old, I met a homeless man on the market square in my home town. He had all his belongins tied to his bicycle and was taking a rest on a stone bench. So, I started talking to him, and he told me that he wished he had a bucket of soapy water and a sponge so he could wash his bike. Since I didn’t live far away I thought it I’d help him out! I went home filled a bucket of soapy water and grabbed a sponge and carried it to the man, and he washed his bicycle. He was so grateful and I was so happy I could help!:cheer:
When I came home my parents questioned me what I was doing with the bucket and the sponge. So, I told them. They were so upset and angry with me! I was told never to do anything like that again! A homeless person is nobody I need to associate with. They even called it dangerous! :S The truth is it was “far” from dangerous… Anyway, this incicent, along with some similar ones, lead me to doubt myself. That being nice and kind was being worthless and weak. Well, that’s what I was told! I started wanting to exceed in all I did – just to please my parents – just to get their approval! … and then later on in life the boss’s approval, my friend’s approval, my husband’s approval, and so on… What about my approval?
I’m realizing now that the my so called ‘weakness” is in actuality my “strength; and that my worthlessness is my greates treasure! I’ve been carrying all this incredible wisdom and knowledge with me my entire life, but limited myself to share it… and had a difficult time appying it, because of my conditioning. I’m so happy now that I know how to apply it – how to just be myself! :woohoo:

If we truly love ourselves and unconditionally love others we will be guided to others that need to give and receive love. To create a better world we must all LOVE and pass it on. 🙂

But there is more to it. 😉 What is going to happen to the people who need love when we truly love ourselves, like you say unconditionally?

Here is a formula to remove negative energies:

Breathe deeply through your nose ,stop our breath in the chest for a while.
Exhale through the mouth and declair three times :

“Everything inside me, around me, below me and above me, in all the bodies at all levels in all dimensions, in all stages of the life that is not light, harmony and love – leaving me now”

After each statement, using the breath to let the light into the body through the nose, blow the “darkness “out.

It immediately relieves nervousness, stress, worries, fears, anger, sadness, self pity, from our internal negative factors, and what we see as external and not belong to us.

say it three times,

exhale after every time, inhale and say it again.

I hope that it can help.

It is a great relaxation technique that helps us to get postive mind set. Thank you!!!

I would take that to a new level by using only positive words. It is very important that we use only positive words. As it says in the Bible, “Every idle word will be accounted for” and that is so true as every word that we use creates.

I would say that I have only harmony, love and light in me. Leaving is getting rid of things and it is negative. Even if it looks like positive it is negative. So, I would say that what you want to have in yourself.

Breathing. Instead of breating out the darkness. Breathe in Love.

When you do that. You will find it so much more powerful.
Thank you for sharing that technique with us. It is an awesome way to get yourself in the right mind set. :cheer:

.. because I didn’t see him any different than me or anybody else. I did not judge him. He was just a person who needed some help… B)

Kids don’t judge! They are taught to judge and fear! Like your parents did after you helped him
