OK. I am going to do this 😉
And I will focus more on what I want to happen and picture what I want…
I believe now that we are given everything we ask for.

You are so right!!!! We always get what we ask for. We just need to make sure that we are asking what we want. What I mean is if we are asking for something and feeling fear that we might not get it, we are going to receive what we fear. When we ask and we know that we are going to get it then we are getting what we desire.

It says in the bible;”Whoever prays, believing that he already received it, he will have whatever he says” How powerful is that! The believe, knowing is the key to getting what is that you want. :cheer:

When I take the time to write down my desires, challenges and questions it helps me a lot. For me it is a power of writings. Maybe because of that English is not my first language?

It is very important you DO NOT write any challenges! As you said, and you are very right, that this is incredibly powerful tool and if you don’t use right you might create things in your life that you don’t want.
Even writing positive things, if you don’t word them in a right way, you might create what you don’t want. So, please, I would suggest you don’t write things until you learn how to do it.

What I can do for you in the meantime, if you have something that you would like to have, write it in a positive way and I will check if for you if it is written correctly if not I will write a suggestion how it should be. 😉
(…) The believe, knowing is the key to getting what is that you want.
Sometimes is hard for me to believe. Maybe because I do not feel well?
Maybe because I do not work more than one year because of my cancer?
I know that often our largest barriers are those we build for ourselves.
My intent is to tear down the barriers and let myself believe.

How should I handle this struggle?

When I was very sick, I did not believe either! With our conditioning most of the time the things that we believe in are the negative things. Like on the other great comment, saying to be happy. I know when I was sick it was very hard for me to believe, but I have GREAT news for you. A seminar about how I healed myself is coming with all the tools that I used. How I got myself into believing. Those tools help you to believe. They are simple and awesome in it’s simplicity. You already have one tool. Talk to yourself in the mirror. Every single day. Tell yourself that you are in perfect health and thank for it. You will learn more soon.

What you are experiencing is a normal reaction. It is difficult to be positive when you are depressed and struggling.
So hound I overcome my personal challenges?
Whenever I thought of anything or felt anything I stopped.
I developed my bag of tricks.
I listened to positive CDs
I went to a place and time in my life when I was truly happy, and visited in my mind.
I found a giggle doll and a happy button. They sell them in many forms.
I bought happy face stickers and use them often.( be creative )
And I took a round flat object and wrote on it genuine round to it.
Also I have many little booke with positive sayings and lots of funny movies.
Feel free to use any or all and create your owne.
And most of all HAVE FUN.

The one thing that we do too often, as we are conditioned to do that, we ask ourselves what is wrong with us. There is NOTHING wrong with us. We just need to learn and understand that we are very special. We help ourselves with that by using the tool, talking to the mirror. If you need, read that tool again in the Master Apprentice Level – Changing selfimage. We need to tell ourselves there that we are perfect.

Why do we need to tell ourselves that?
