ParticipantHow is it possible that one person`s thoughts can change physical reality?
June 7, 2011 at 2:11 am #560Amanda Devine
KeymasterYour thoughts are already changing your reality. The thing is that we are not aware of it. Whether we are aware of it or not we are changing the reality. Because we are not aware of it most of the time we are creating what we don’t want in our lives. When we realize how our thoughts create our reality and we choose positive ones, we notice the connection between our thoughts and what is happening in our lives as incredible changes in desired direction take place. When I realized and understood that truth, I healed my incurable disease. I have learned how to apply the amazing power that we have already towards my advantage and a mirable happened. I have just celebrated 3 years of me being healthy!
You can do that as well!

How? … having a clear purpose in my life and getting over fear.
My own self-esteem has huge implication for my life paths.June 7, 2011 at 4:56 am #566Amanda Devine
KeymasterBrilliant answer!
How do you get over your fears and change your selfesteem? You are very right that how you thing influences your entire life. You create with every single thought/feeling and how you feel that is what your life looks like.
How do we go about changing how we feel and changing our selfesteem?
June 7, 2011 at 6:13 am #567Jolanta Luty
ParticipantOur history of self-esteem begins as children and follows us through out our lives.I am trying to be aware of the possibilities and be present with all I am but it is not easy for me. I know that the present is where I really live but the past has its way of following me.

KeymasterOur past is history, so don’t worry about it. Our presence is not important as well. Our past and our present has absolutely nothing to do with our future. We can change our selfimage, by changing how we think about ourselves. How do we do that?
June 7, 2011 at 2:31 pm #571Jolanta Luty
ParticipantFirst, I think I should recognize what things I need to change, recognize my destructive thinking pattern.

OK. I can`t control the future and there`s nothing I can do about things that have already happened. But I think I should focus on the present, focus what I do now.
To be present in the moment is like to exist in it with the full integrity of one’s being. My doctor said to me that I should live in the moment and I was trying to find meaning in every moment.June 8, 2011 at 11:50 am #574Amanda Devine
KeymasterOne thing is that we need to realize that past is past, history. It is gone, so why worry about it. Our present situation is not important either. Our past in our present has absolutely nothing to do with our future. Where we are now is the result of what we have thought till now. But that is great news!!! They are our thoughts and we can change it. When I was so sick and I learned that it was like…whew!!! “Do you mean that I am so sick has absolutely nothing to do with what I am going to feel like tomorrow?” I asked myself that question. It was a huge relief to know that was the truth. This is how I started my journey to my recovery.
I give you a hint. Who is the one we talk the most to during our days?
June 12, 2011 at 10:40 am #643Jolanta Luty
ParticipantI start to talk to myself.
And I realize that my cancer is my greatest opportunity to help restore balance to ALL aspect of my life.June 12, 2011 at 12:58 pm #655gail petersen
ParticipantYes, recognize the patterns of destructive thinking is the key and implementing thoughts that feel good. To keep trying and allow ourselves the slack to learning this and know we are being led to the right situations, people, and answers to assist us in “our” journey.
The words of a song;
“You can’t always have what you want”
should be sung and believed;
“You CAN always have what you want”.We just need to remember this is Truth.

KeymasterYour health situation is a jumping point to something so amazing, so incredible that you probably have never experienced before. My sickness was for me. Just remember one thing. We don’t need to go through bad things in order to grow. I am going faster than ever before and I am happier than ever before. 😉

KeymasterI love your comment that we can do everything. And yes, you are right that this is the TRUTH! :cheer:

KeymasterSometimes digging into the bad things, our thought processes trying to find out why we do things to create negative things in our lives, can create more bad things. If you start with concentrating on positive thoughts, you will find that things will take care of themselves. Start with the exercise of talking to yourslef in the mirror. 😉 It it huge!!!
