When I coach people, I found that the best way for people to understand and apply what I teach is to have real life examples and show people how to change that situation, by changing their thinking. That kind of a lesson, through real life examples, is priceless! I would like to introduce that in this Network. I would like to post examples and we will discuss how to change that person thinking to create in that person’s life a desirable outcome. You are also welcome to bring yours or other people situations and we will analyze them, and we all learn from them. By learning from those examples you will be able to apply that knowledge to your own life. :woohoo:

    What are your thoughts?

I also would like to have a question of a day, something interesting that we can discuss. :silly: You are also welcome to create your own question. 😉
What are your thoughts about that?

More than one year ago I was diagnosed with colon cancer. I undergone major surgery, had 29 radiation treatments + chemo non stop. My healing journey through a cancer is still going on. I am currently still undergoing chemotherapy.
From the beginning I felt powerless over dilemmas I found myself.
I did not have control over all the events of my live. I lost my job and health insurance and later all my savings and now I am loosing my condo.
I asked over and over: Why did this happen to me? Why to me?
When I start asking myself: How did this happen to me? How? … by setting for something other than what I really want and… I forgot about myself.
I discover too that I have the power of choice. And from this moment I start see a little bit clear…

Thank you for your story with great ending! :cheer:
When I was so sick, I have always asked myself the same questions. Why me? And I also felt powerless. I also thought that I had no control over things.

But now, I understand that I have the power to change everything and I mean everything in my life.

The first thing you need to talk to yourself in the mirror, how magnificent you are. Then tell yourself over and over again throughout each day. “Thank you, I am in perfect health. Thank you, I feel so wonderful.” I used to repeat that over 100 times a day. It works! 😉 I healed my incurable disease! :woohoo:

We were conditioned that everything is about others, but the truth is: it is all about us!!! It always starts with us, because we are creating everything in our lives. But that is great news! Why? Because we can create health.

You are on the right track!!! :woohoo:

What happens when we say to ourselves; “Why me?”

When I asked over and over “why me ?” I realized that the difficult situations in my life make me grow .
And I am learning something valuable from that experience.

I asked myself over and over,”Why me?’ When I realized how things work, my discovery was shocking! I realized that every time I said, “Why me?” I was creating more of the bad things in my life, more sickness. So, I changed it immediately! From being a victim of my sickness, I started to see myself as the power that can change that. Did I believe that at the begining? Not at all! But I repeated over and over again how amazing I was, how healthy I was. Negative things create negative things. We are conditioned that they make us stronger. The truth is that positive things make us stronger as we create more positive things in our lives. I have learned that and I see how this works perfectly every day of my life. It will work in yours as well! :woohoo:
