Be so free that you are insensible to the talk of others about you.
You will be happy when you appeal to yourself.
Do you love what you see in the mirror?

That is a very good question? Do you love what you see in the mirror?

    Do you? And why?

This is my main purpose to be free and in love with myself.
I am still struggling with this second part.

Look in the mirror, see this wonderful UNIQUE person,
say I LOVE YOU and Hug yourself, smile and be happy about what you see.
Stop judging yourself, recognize: you are unique.
Be nice to the body you are carring around every second of your life.
ask yourself: why am I so in love with me?

Treat that tool – talking to yourself in the mirror very seriously as it it very powerful. Have fun with it and do it every single day. When you love yourself, people will be nice to you. 😉

Why do you think people will be nice to you when you love yourself?

    Good advice.

But why do you love what you see?

Sometimes, learning to love yourself isn’t easy.
Sometimes it can be hard to find things we like or love about ourselves.
Sometimes,we may need to hear the things other people like about us before we can value them in yourself.
Sometimes, hearing what people like about us is hard…
Maybe it helps – if we ask friends to write it down for us, or leave it on voice mail, so we can read/listen to it over and over.
When we start to hear critical voices inside our head, go back to those things your friend said/wrote about us, and remember that we are loved.
But so far I am in a process to find friends here in the US…

    Thank you so much.
As Amanda said to me – every single day when when I wake up in the morning, I say:
” Thank you for the best day in my life”.

Even if I don’t believe that someone can like a particular thing about me, or I don’t believe it exists,I try trust that my friend does see it and value it.

Jolanta, people think about you what you think about yourself. They talk about you what you talk to yourself. So, I would say this to you, do that tool of talking to yourself in the mirror. Do it every single day and things will start changing. People will see you the way you will start to see yourself. As you repeat to yourself how amazing you are, you will star to feel amazing and people, I mean other people beyond this network, will see you amazing. This all starts with you!!! You can not have anyone write for you who you want to be! Please, never ever do that!!! It is completely up to you who you want to be. The truth is that you are an incredibly special amazing woman that dreambuilder has just described! You just need to know that you are and it is going to happen. Listen to the CD and talk to yourself in the mirror. Treat it very seriously, serious fun as it is so much fun to do that! :cheer:

We love all love you, Jola, and telling yourself, “I love you Jola”, you will love yourself. When YOU love yourself everyone, and I mean everyone will love YOU! :woohoo:

It is simpler that you give it credit. 😉
