KeymasterWhat a great subject and what a great question!
I would like to quote a bible verse. I wanted to point here that it is not abou religion. It is about the wisdom that is in the bible, as well in buddism, kabala, koran or hindu. The same basic truth.
“Whoever prays, believing that he already has it, he will have what he says.”
So, following the ancient wisdom, we need to pray as we alreay have it. Eg. Thank you, I am in perfect health. or I am so incredibly grateful that I am in perfect health.Knowing that verse, what do you think, should we approach the prayer from inside or outside?

ParticipantHi Amanda
for me I always start within with prayer or meditation for the key is within not outside at least for me that is 🙂

ParticipantPraying to the outside comes from a place of lack, not having what you are asking for. Praying from the inside comes from a place of love and abundance, for it is already there! Yippee!!

KeymasterYou have just answered your own question. Everything is always inside. It is the inside, how we feel that creates anything that we want in our lives. So, you see how brilliant you are!!! 🙂
Do you think, is there something outside that can help get us into the right mind set of creating things that we want?

ParticipantWhen I pray I talk to God and all the Angels and Spirits that lovingly guide me. I know they hear my prayers and I believe what I am feeling reaches outside and inside of me. I am asking for something with the belief I will be answered, but that is a good question when you ask, “Do I know I will get it”. Not there yet, but getting closer. This is showing me what I really need to work on more. Thank you.

KeymasterWhat do you mean by saying that when you pray it reaches outside you?

ParticipantMany years ago, after a divorce, I made a decision to live my life. Although I did not believe in myself, and I believed all the negative programing, I chose to be free to be me.
I gradually realized what a wonderful and self sufficient person I truly was.
The day finely came that I looked up at the sky and seed “God I am ready to make a commitment……………”. (not going into a long story)
I now know that the commitment I made was to myself and the universal power.
What happened next was a miracle. It led to the most incredible man coming into my life, a fantastic life and experiences beyond my wildest dream.
At the same time I was macking my commitment so was he.
Within 24 hours we met. We had 28 years together and I am so grateful.June 23, 2011 at 11:51 pm #810Amanda Devine
KeymasterWow!!! :woohoo: What an incredible story! I am so happy for you!!!
It does not matter how we pray. What does matter is what we feel in our hearts.
What kind of feelings I am talking about?

KeymasterYou are all right! Awesome answers!
Love and gratitude and all wonderful feelings. And the feeling of knowing that you already have it! That is the key!
Why the feeling of knowing is the key?
June 25, 2011 at 8:59 am #827Christine Schumann
ParticipantThe feeling sends out a vibration. A happy, secure and loving feeling is going to vibrate differently than a fear based feeling. B)

KeymasterThe feeling of knowing goes beyond love and feeling secure.
What is the feeling of knowing? 😉
