Why do you want to silence the ego? What does happen when you want to silence the ego?

MemberHere is a way for libration from the shackles of the past.
Liberation from the shackles of the past.
The most important thing is forgiveness and our ability to forgive ourselves. After each sentence reading Breathe deeply through your nose and imagine that light enters your body and washing the pain. Exhaling through your mouth you relese the unnecessary, burdensome and oppressive to you.
“I choose to enter a total forgiveness process”.
“I ask for forgiveness from anyone who was hurt me.”
“I forgive all who hurt me”
“I forgive myself for all that was done or not done, in this life and others.”
“I ask for help in the process of forgiveness and ask it to be made in all bodies, all dimensions, at all times, in all stages of life here and now and in all of my being.

KeymasterAs long as we think about silencing our ego, we make it stronger. We judge. Judgment creates more judment and the tape as you call it keeps playing stronger and stronger and it finally gets in an endless loop. When you concentrate on who it that you want become and move towards the new you, you will let the ego go, you will see yourself for who you really are, PERFECT!!! I was caught in the same loop. I strongly believe that the webminar is going to help a lot. Just follow the tools that I am going to present during the 3 separate sessions. As long as we concentrate on who we don’t want to be, we are just creating more of it. When we shift our focus towards the beauty and the flow that we want experience, ego, just goes away. :woohoo:

Every our thought that we have changes the vibration of our energy. The lowest energy is fear. So, if someone fears things, or does not love themeselves, they lower they have lowe vibration of their energy and that low vibrations causes sicknesses.
What do you think is the highest vibration?

I love your comment!!! :woohoo:
This is so true that people don’t know what they do if they do bad things to us. If they really understand how the law works they would have never done it.Can you, please, tell us what is that you have done to change your life? How have you changed your thinking? 🙂

ParticipantHello everyone. I’ve just joined the TUI Network and am enjoying reading the discussions. I think that forgiveness and forgetting is needed as long as the pain of being hurt remains. And my guess is that moving out of the pain involves falling in love with yourself, or rather totally believing the truth of who you REALLY are (as Amanda describes it). With our present based in that reality, we won’t feel the need to forgive or forget.

ParticipantHi — This is Vickie’s husband Phil. I will be posting as PlatinumPhil2011 once I resolve some PayPal issues. But I felt a real need to post on an issue that has caused distress in so many lives — including my own.
The concept of forgiving and forgetting implies that someone has somehow damaged me.
Damaged self esteem and feelings of being misunderstood or unappreciated are part of the LIE that is our conditioning. In Truth, we each control what happens in our lives based on our thoughts and actions prior to that.
So, there is no NEED to forgive others or to forget how we reacted to what they did.
If pain or negativity exists, it was OUR thoughts or actions that caused it.
We were each created as Absolutely Perfect, and we each have the Absolute Power to Transform our own lives. Individually and Together — we are creating upward spirals of Love, Light, Joy, Understanding, and Peace. It’s what we do.
