I am sorry I asked about Jolanta’s incredible story if she cannot repeat it. I was looking for her inspiration. I will leave it at my not knowing about her. I won’t ask again.

I can state with total certainty that during my rather long journey through my illness I have been undergoing some transformations. This process can be called going “home”, meaning that I have found my way inside the inner me. I started noticing my surroundings in a different, more realistic way. I still have a long way ahead of me to start feeling physically strong and healthy but now I know I will make it. And I know I will follow my intuition and my dreams while listening to the whispers of my soul. That’s what is important to me now.

Life is full of surprises; it can be unpredictable and cannot be always controlled. We have to accept that a lot of things that happen are beyond our control. We tend to be unhappy with who and what we are. We would rather be different – better, smarter, prettier, richer, etc. This creates tension between who we are and who we would rather be. In order to avoid this it suffices to accept and love ourselves the way we are instead of trying at all costs to be somebody else. Once we do that, we will no doubt feel better about ourselves. This is so simple and it works. I tested it on myself. We just need to understand our reality and what is happening to us.

Fortunately, we don’t need a sickness to hear the voice of our heart and free ourselves from chasing an illusion. And to free the inner power of strength and belief we don’t have to copy fakir or yoga experts, or find ourselves in the desert and forsake everything. All we need to do is free ourselves from tension and accumulation of negative vibes, look deep inside ourselves and keep an open mind. I believe that the ailments of the body are in a way a result of an earlier “sickness of the soul.” But once we learn to achieve a balance between our inner self and the outside one we will have less stress and our bodies will function better. In our daily hustle and bustle we neglect to notice that the world is beautiful. To me, the beauty is a reflection of love. Colorful butterflies and birds are attracted to gardens full of colorful flowers. In turn, multi-colored and fragrant flowers bring various insects which pollinate them. Therefore, we can rightfully say that beauty is a reflection of love. Try to see that in our outside reality, love is manifested in the form of beauty. Let’s stop for a second and take notice.

Beautifully written!!! Thank you, Jolanta. :cheer:

The thing is that we cannot control things. We cannot control anything in our lives. Control is negative and suggests a force. Instead, we create everything in our lives and we CAN create anything the way we want. You are creating your life, Jolanta, and I have seen you yesterday, and you look awesome. We are all beautiful we just need to see that. We only see things about yourself that we don’t like when we don’t love ourselves. When we love ourselves we see ourselves for who we really are, magnificent and beautiful, brilliant!!! :woohoo: We can never be anyone else, and we should not even try to be. We have to be ourselves as you said Jolanta. You are changing things as you go and I am so proud of you!!! We all are! :woohoo:
