We create everything in our lives by the way we feel. Only when we feel good do we create what we desire. That’s why we need to make sure that we feel good all the time.

So, what can we do when we are in a funky mood? How can we change it?

The simplest and the easiest way is to feel love. Feeling love for everyone and everything around us. If you have a dog or a cat, hug your pet. Pets always make us feel great. Whatever we feel at this very moment, when we hug our pets, we feel awesome instantly. That is why pets pay such an important role in our lives. They are practically a part of our family. Watching comedies will also change how we feel. It is very good to watch even a short comedy before we go to sleep. Gratitude for everything in our lives always makes us feel good.

It is very important that we change how we feel as fast as possible. Remember, only when we feel good, do we create the desired outcome.

But there is an easier and simpler way for us to feel good and that is prevention. It is always easier to prevent us from going into a funky mood than to change it.

How can you do it?

You need to make sure that you “carry love before you”. Imagine that wherever you go, your love walks first, and then you. Before you walk in your home, feel love for it. Before you open your mouth to say something, feel love for the person you are going to speak to. Before you pick up a phone feel love for the person you are going to call. Before you answer a phone call, feel love for the person on the other end, etc. “Carrying love before you”  will assist you in sustaining that good feeling. As you really practice you will find that you feel good more often. You will also discover that you can change how you feel much faster. As a result, you will become happier than ever before and your life is going to become easier and more fun. It will become truly…Magical!!!

Have an absolutely magical week, full of LOVE, GRATITUDE and FUN!!!

  1. I know exactly what you’re talking about. My little girl Dixie is now 19 years old and I am grateful for every moment she is still with me. Thanks again my dear. Vickie ?
