What are the basics that we need to know in order to use the power of our mind to our advantage?
First, we need to understand that we create everything in our lives by the way we feel. So, if we want to create what we desire we need to feel good. There are many ways of achieving that, but the easiest and the most important one is to feel love and gratitude. When we feel love and gratitude, we feel good. We need to feel love for everyone and everything including ourselves and we need to be grateful for everything that we have. Simple and easy. Actually, it is very simple and very easy. Just saying in your mind – I love you and thank you for everything. After a few repetitions we are going to feel it.
We need to understand how powerful we are. We have the power to create everything we want. The key to achieving that is calmness. Love and gratitude create calmness. The more love and gratitude we feel the calmer we become. If we want to have more money, we need to become calm. If we want great relationships or heal ourselves, we need to become calm. Calmness creates patience. The more patient we are the faster we are going to create what we desire.
We need to know what it is that we want. In other words, we need to script the perfect outcome. We script it by having a picture, a snapshot of what we want in our mind. If we want this person or situation to be perfect, what would this look like? The more things we are going to script the more incredible our lives are going to become. Imagine you are the script writer of a movie that is your life. How would you like your movie to unfold? How would you like it to be? You script it by having a picture in your mind of the desired outcome why feeling love for whatever is in that picture.
When we follow those simple steps, we will create life that is easy and fun. We will get down from the complexity of our lives to incredible simplicity. And when we truly get into it, our lives will become absolutely Magical…
