Steps to Happiness

We all want to be happy. It is the ultimate state we all desire to be in. In order for us to experience it to its fullness we need to be happy in every aspect of our lives.

How do we start our journey towards it?

First we need to start with doing at least one little everyday thing that makes us happy. If a cup of coffee or second cup of coffee makes you happy then have it. If a bubble bath makes you happy then take that bath, etc.

We have heard many times that happiness comes from inside. That is so true! So, we need to create the good feelings. We create everything in our lives by the way we feel, so when we feel good we manifest what we desire.

What do we need to do to feel good?

We need to be grateful for what we have, no matter how much or how little we have. In other words we need to concentrate on what we have but not on what we don’t. When we feel gratitude we create in our lives more things to be grateful for.

We need to feel love for ourselves and see how amazing and special we are. The more we love ourselves the more beauty we see in others. As a result we are loved by others like never before.

Could that be that simple? It is that simple! When we feel love and gratitude we create success in every area of our lives. Happiness comes from inside, from feeling good. The key here is to have those feelings as often as possible during your days. The more often we feel them the less we judge ourselves and others and more happy we become. Before we know it…our lives become truly magical!
