If we say “No, I don’t want to think that way,” we are just creating us thinking that way more. So, you are very right saying that it is negative.
When you have a negative thought, you stop, (don’t say stop 😆 )you pat yourself on the back and you say tell yourself how brilliant you are that you are mastering your thinking and you replace that thought with a positive one, and replace the [u]feeling[/u] with a positive one. You are proud of yourself how amazing you are. As you are a Master of your thoughts!!! :woohoo:
