To assit us in changing our thoughts I find using acronyms or words that trigger me when I am not feeling or thinking good thoughts.
One I use lately to deter myslf from judging is A LA LA.
A = Acceptance
L = Love
A = And
L = Light
A = Always
When I find my self in judgment I sing and sing and sing “A LA LA? Sending that feeling to the person or situation I am judging or feeling negative about. Then I find myself feeling happy and in time this helps change my thoughts and feelings to Happiness.
