It seams I have been dealing with many untrained and unprofessional people on the phone and in person lately. 🙁 Most dealing with making a living through sales and services.
One company I particular gave me false information. The next person gave me different information that was also incorrect. It became a huge mess :blink: and I got vary angry. 👿 I decided to talk to the company and cancel my account but put myself in the place of the person I was calling. :blink:
The conversation went something tike this…. 🙂
I don’t know if you can help me or if I need a supervisor or call the better business bureau. :ohmy:
(call them by name) I explained my situation and frustrations calmly and appreciating there help. :cheer: I ended up with another story, an apology, a discount and free services for 3 months.
When I encounter negativity I think about how grateful I am that I am not in there shoes and in that situation. I always am surprised at how others are grateful when I treat them with respect and gratitude.
