Calmness is a feeling…it is palpable with in us. Our minds/thoughts are not racing from one thing to another. It is a state of being. When we are calm we can act and not just react. It leaves room for new thoughts to enter rather than repeat our habits and patterns of thinking and doing. Our focus is much more clear. Calmness can be experienced in so many ways that we can always create new ways to experience ourselves as this. another thing I notice when we are calm we have no expectations aside from what it is we want, what we truly want. Our true self is able to shine and magical things we never really consciously thought about appear.
