I love that!!!
But do we stay or leave, the room?
I would try to leave the room. However, if the negative conversation starts in a car on a long ride with someone else in the back seat that seems to want to talk about her physical problems, the next best thing from jumping out the car window is to feel love for myself and the person in the back seat and surround myself with light. But what about responding or not responding to the complaints? If there is no acknowledgment, the person may think you don’t care about them. What do you actually say to the person when you can’t leave the car?
