What would you like your neighbors to be like? Create in your mind… say it over and over again: I live in the most peaceful neighborhood and I love my neighbors. They are such friendly, respectful, considerate people and they have the sweetest dog. :cheer:[/quote]
When I do that then, will the neighbors across the canal either quiet down and will the 3 dogs next door quiet down or will the ideal living situation and neighborhood manifest through a move to a different area?
