My newest trick is to allow myself to be sensitive to all my feeling.
When I feel something that is uncomfortable I have my mind say STOP.
That is when I feel the feeling, ask myself where is it coming from. What is going on that is creating this feeling?
Now for the big part. What can I do to change it?
This may sound difficult but I have programed this into my mind and practiced a lot.
Give yourself time. You didn’t get where you are overnight.
