When I say that my calmness goes down, I mean that is not on the same level I expect it to be. Imagine you are meditating. When you finish meditating, you are very calm, but as you start your day, you can feel your calmness going down. That is what I am talking about. I let my calmness go only a fraction down and I bring it up straight away.

And yes, I focus on my calmness all the time. I have found it much easier to pay attention to how calm I am than trying to lift myself up. I discovered that over 1.5 years ago and I find it a very sufficent and very easy thing to do. 😉

Why do you think it is easier that way? :huh:
