I would suggest that if you can, meditate to bring your calmness up. If you cannot as you are busy with work or any other situation that you cannot put the CD on, do this. Close your eyes for a moment and drop your shoulders relaxing your body. It works!!! When you practice that, you won’t even need to close your eyes, you will just drop your shoulders down, relaxing your body and you will feel awesome!!! :woohoo:[/quote]

I also feel my breath to be a very important tool – just like it is in meditading. Throughout the day I take in deep breaths, especially if I feel acxciety or little fears coming up, or if I find myself in an uncomfortable situation. I imagine I breathe in LOVE. I concoiusly focus on my breathing. This helps me stay calm and centered. ;)[/quote]
