:ohmy: Our human nature is to jump to conclusions based on our perceived reality.
I was so angry that I was not functioning. :blink:
By changing my thoughts did nothing. 🙁
I began by complimenting 😆 the person and thanking 😉 him for all the wonderful experiences that we shaired. I took all the positive things I could think of and sent love and gratitude to that person. 🙂 We have started a positive communication and I believe some day we will appreciate each other as friends. :cheer: This is still in the process. So far it has developed over 2 years.
