Also, you don’t have to do all of it, all the time. What you really need to do is: Meditation, Mirror, Love yourself, be grateful and write your affirmations. The rest is optional. 🙂 You can do it just to spice up things. 🙂 To make it more interesting, live an adventure of being lifted by love, by feeling so good about ourselves that the only thing we can see in everything and everyone is love they have for us. Amanda is right. Don’t look at it like work because that thought structure turns it into shores you have to do, and having to do shores doesn’t make us feel good, does it? Instead, empower yourself by having fun … maybe looking at it like giving yourself a present or many presents? Don’t think about wanting or needing to achieve something because you already are all that you seek! You already are brilliant and amazing! :silly: So, just LOVE yourself! :woohoo:[/quote]
