I’m sorry I couldn’t share my advice with you for I just read your post, but I hope you are sending yourself lot’s of love and be kind and gentle with yourself whenever feelings of negativity creep up within you. Do that, and you’ll find yourself feeling more and more happy! :cheer:
When we hate something, we are simply going to create it over and over again. If we are dreading something, we create more of it.

So, what is that we need to do to change that? Let’s see everyone how we can help our friend here. :)
Think about what your life would be like if you had perfect health. What would you be doing? How would you feel? Then keep affirming that your are in perfect health, over and over…. and especially when those undesirable feelings come up. Also, when those feelings come up, affirm and tell yourself: “I love you!” Be gentle and kind and give yourself a comforting hug, even if it’s just a mental one. Put some real emotion into it and you will see how things will start to change for the better. :woohoo:
