How did it go? Were you able to focus on your perfect test results, your perfect health?
I’m sorry I couldn’t share my advice with you for I just read your post, but I hope you are sending yourself lot’s of love and be kind and gentle with yourself whenever feelings of negativity creep up within you. Do that, and you’ll find yourself feeling more and more happy! :cheer:
