When we teach children, we find that the best way is to use a positive reinforcement. The same when we train dogs. A little treat will get us the desired results.

But… what about us? What is it that we do and tell ourselves when we are learning new things? Are we truly using a positive reinforcement? Do we pat ourselves on the back for every small achievement? Do we say nice things to ourselves?

You and your mindset are the most important things as you create everything in your life by the way you feel. We need to make sure that we feel good if we want to create what we desire. Every time we say something to ourselves, we need to stop and think if what we are saying makes us feel good. We need to give ourselves a break! You are learning about yourself and the power of your mind. It takes a while before we can become good at it. We need to become patient with ourselves. We need to become the most loving and the most caring person towards ourselves. What we say to ourselves shapes our mindset. So, if something came out different than what we wanted, we need to understand that we are learning and the next time will be better. As long we pay attention to how we feel we will create the desired outcomes.

You see, if you want to become successful in your professional life, you need to feel good. If you want to create amazing relationships, you need to feel good. If you want to heal yourself or others… you need to feel good.

So, feel love for yourself and others. Be grateful for all the abundance that you have. Say only nice things to yourself and… have lots of fun doing it!!!
