If we ask: What does mental strength mean? We would have many different answers. The main thing that comes to mind is that it describes a mindset of a strong person. Someone who pursues their dreams. Someone who stays calm and composed in different situations. Someone who gets up, dust themselves off and keeps going. Someone who finds solutions and is positive, etc.

Mental strength is a mindset. A mindset that makes a huge difference in how our lives evolve. But…how can we create that mindset for ourselves?

The beauty of our mental strength is that everyone can develop it. We just need to know how to start the journey. There is a huge difference how we react to any situation depending on our mental strength. People who have that mindset get on a new course much faster or even immediately. They see every situation in a different way than others. They look for positive things in everything. Even if it is a tiny thread of positivity, they grab it and hold on to it. And…before they know it, they find themselves holding on to a lifeline. They create their own faith.

It is fascinating to watch palm trees in a very strong wind. A palm tree bends and keeps bending as the wind intensifies and it seems that it reached the point beyond its durability … but then… the calmness returns and… so does the tree. It stands straight, proud, enjoying the sun. Why can palm trees do that? Because, they are designed that way. They have very flexible trunks that can bend almost horizontally and then return to its magnificent form.

We are designed the same way. We have the natural ability to do that. We just need to tap into it. The key element that we need to focus on is calmness. When we are calm, we have the mental strength. The calmer we are the stronger we become. A calm person looks at every situation in different way compared to others. A calm person sees positive things about everything. Calmness is like the trunk of the palm tree. Spectacular and tough.

So, how can we create calmness? By feeling love. When we feel love, we automatically become calm. Can that be so incredibly simple? It is that simple!!! The more love we feel for ourselves, others and everything the calmer we become.

But…there is a very fascinating thing that happens when we do that. You see, we create everything in our lives by the way we feel. So, when we feel good, we create what we desire. When we are calm, we feel good. In other words, when we are calm, we create things going our way. That is the true mental strength!!! The true mental strength is creating our lives the way we desire. Lives that are so easy and so much fun!!! Lives where things are the way we want them to be! Lives…that are truly…Magical!!!
