Whatever we do we need to have fun with it. One of the important things is to have fun with your food. When we want to become slimmer, very often we become serious about what we eat. The truth is that we can eat whatever we want and obtain the desired weight. The power of our mind goes far beyond what we can imagine in the wildest dreams. If we believe that certain kind of foods can make us put weight on, we will create exactly that. We can eat whatever we want as long as we keep smaller portions. One lady who just turned 117 was asked by a reporter about the secret to her longevity. Her answer was very simple. Eat whatever you want. How brilliant! That lady is so right! You see, we create everything in our lives by the way we feel. When we feel good we create what we desire, including the perfect weight. When we eat what we enjoy, we feel good and we become slimmer. The key is to eat smaller portions. We can have fries, boy, they taste so good! We can have burgers, chocolate, ice-cream and cakes, etc. We love to eat them, but when we are focused on becoming slimmer, suddenly we change how we feel about them. How often we find ourselves eating only healthy food and obtaining the perfect weight, only to gain it right back. Why? How long can we stay away from all the yummy food? We start eating it again…and…we are back where we started. How about becoming slimmer once and for all?!!! In order to do that we need to change how we feel about all that yummy food. In our mind we need to see it as being good for us. Any time you eat chocolate, say: Thank you for making me slim. Do the same with the fries and the other delicious food. So, now you have a slimming burger, slimming fries, sliming chocolate and sliming ice-cream, etc. Keep repeating: Thank you for making me slim. That will create a belief that they are good for you. At the same time eat smaller portions of everything. Before you know it, you will see yourself getting lighter and lighter. You will have your perfect weight while eating everything you desire. As you eat smaller portions, you will discover that you are going to feel satisfied quickly as your stomach will naturally become smaller, able to fit in only the right portion. I have clients who became even 95lbs lighter eating everything they want.
The interesting fact is that you will find that the new weight that you have obtained will remain as long as you keep doing what I have just advised. So, have fun with your food and eat whatever you want!
