Scientists say that an average person has 43 facial muscles. The interesting fact is that it takes less muscles to smile than to frown. Scientists conducted an experiment where they asked people to make expressions on their faces that showed different negative emotions. As they were making them, their bodies produced physical corresponding reactions. They had elevated heart rates, sweating etc. People were acting, yet their bodies showed real responses.

Another experiment showed that in a group of people who were asked to smile, all participants said that they felt happier than in the group who did not.

What do those experiments tell us?

It takes more physical “effort” to frown than to smile. In other words, smiling is physically easier. And by a simple act of smiling we change how we feel. I am sure you discovered in yourself that when you smile you automatically feel better. Could that be so simple? We create everything by the way we feel. When we feel good we create in our lives what it is that we desire. So, what would happen if we could create the good feeling by a simple act of smiling? What would happen when we smile all the time?

Try it! Concentrate on smiling all the time. The results will amaze you!

Have an absolutely magical week full of LOVE, GRATITUDE and FUN!!!
